PVC & Foam Spline
Used to hold mesh securely within the aluminium frame:
- PVC Spline – Firm, reliable hold. Ideal for permanent or high-strength applications.
- Foam Spline – Softer and more flexible, allowing for quicker, easier installation, especially with delicate mesh.
- Available in sizes ranging from 3.4mm to 6.3mm
- Suitable for flyscreens, security doors, windows, patios, and enclosures
Security Beading (J Bead)
Used to cover and protect the mesh edges:
- Manufactured from rigid PVC for strong frame retention
- Compatible with a variety of aluminium door profiles
- Most commonly stocked in black (industry standard), with colour options available on request
- Designed to provide a clean finish while holding mesh securely in place
Wool Pile (Brush Seal)
Used for sealing gaps in sliding screen doors and windows
- Reduces dust, draughts, vibration, and insect ingress
- Standard and finned types available for extra sealing performance
- Most popular size: 4.8 x 5 mm in black
- Available in black or grey, with other sizes up to 10 variants in stock
- Supplied on 500m spools for efficiency in manufacturing
