Exterior & Bodywork
- Flexible PVC Profiles – J-mould inserts, wheel spat rubbers, corner seals, and more, all designed for durability and weather resistance.
- Rigid Trims & Capping’s – H-moulds, C-channels, T-moulds, and corner joiners that provide a professional and sealed edge to exterior panels.
Interior Fittings
- T-Edging – Lipped and non-lipped styles in multiple widths (10–30mm), ideal for benches, tables, and cabinetry.
- End Caps & Flat Strips – Finishing solutions for plywood, benchtops, and wall trims.
Tubing
- Drinking Water & Waste Tubes – Non-toxic, caravan-rated plastic tubing for potable water supply and waste disposal, available in a variety of densities, colours, and sizes.
Custom Manufacturing for Unique Builds
Not all caravans are the same – and neither are the profiles they require. That’s why we offer custom profile design and toolmaking to suit your specific needs.
With in-house CNC machining, 3D printing, CAD software, and wire cutting facilities, we can rapidly prototype and produce new dies tailored to your application. Custom colours, material blends, and softness levels are also available (MOQ applies).
Colours & Finishes
Our caravan range includes over 13 colours, with black and white as standard stock, and additional shades like Fossil (graphite) and Lana Grey available on request. Many of our profiles can be matched to Dulux swatches for easy coordination with the rest of your caravan design.
