Plasticised PVC is the most widely used of flexible extrusion materials and is extremely cost effective. It can be UV stabilised and is offered in a range of hardnesses and colours, including translucent and clear.
For the above reasons flexible PVC glazing gaskets and seals are traditionally used in the manufacture of aluminium windows.
